GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

APEX: Group Personal Training.

 

We understand that “people are busy”, there is a lot to do in just 24hrs…we get it, we are busy too! But we also know exercise is vital to our health, and to looking and feeling our very best; and so, we’ve created this quick, but highly effective 30 minute strength & resistance personal training circuit to fit into any busy schedule! This group personal training class incorporates out-of-the-box routines and equipment such Kettle Bells, Barbells, Dumbbells, Kick-Boxing, TRX, Resistance Bands and more. Tone, trim, build strength, lose weight with our 30 min APEX group personal training sessions.

 Class Size: Maximum 8 people

YOGACISE: Group Yoga Class.

 

Yoga Cise is a fun fusion yoga class, unlike any other. This class incorporates Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles with weights and strength training moves to tone, firm and lengthen tight muscles. It is the perfect class to develop your core strength and to create balance within your body and mind. Lose inches, Lose pounds and Stretch out yoga style, with YogaCise; a fun NEW active approach to your yoga practice!

Class Size: Maximum 12 people

Ladies ONLY Boot Camp: 8 week private sessions.

 

Ladies ONLY Boot Camp is an 8 week, semi private personal training program just for WOMEN. The focus is on our “Trouble Zones”! We use exercise and nutrition strategies to manipulate hormones and metabolism and target those areas we want to shape up the most…Holding on to extra baby phat? Want to tone up those arms, stomach or thighs? We’ve got the perfect program for you! Email: stephanie@destinyfitness.ca to find out when the next 8 week boot camp session begins! Each session includes: an 8 week nutrition boot camp, 8 weeks of semi private personal training, dvds and at home workouts PLUS a free one-on-one body transformation analysis!

 Class Size: Maximum 6 people

 

Our Group Personal Training, Boot Camp and Yoga classes in Mississauga are great for people of all fitness levels. Our smaller class sizes allow for personal attention and guidance. We can modify any exercise routine to suit your fitness level, and help you to get to where you want to be!
